Refunds and returns for manufacturing defects
Any product with manufacturing defects can be returned, completely free of charge within the next 7 days after receipt.

To do so, please contact us at support@siroko.com, mentioning  the product that needs to be returned as well as the reference code of the transaction.

The returned products mustn't have been used and have to include the complete packaging. In case the packaging is incomplete, the return will denied.

Once received the product and checked the defects, we'll proceed to send you a new product, completely free of charge.

In case the product that needs replacement is out of stock, we'll proceed to refund the amount paid for the purchased product within the next 30 days.

Refunds and returns for not satisfactory products
In case the buyer doesn't  feel satisfied with the product he has received, he'll be able to return the products within the next 14 business days by contacting us at support@siroko.com. Please note that the buyer will have to take care of the transport costs. 

We'll proceed to refund the buyer as soon as possible, most probably within the next 14 business days after receipt of the product.
